    POSITION TITLE: DATA ENTRY ASSISTANT

    CLASSIFICATION: STUDENT WORKER OR STUDENT LEADER

    REPORTS TO: ENROLLMENT DATA ANALYST AND DIRECTORS OF ADMISSION

    DEPT: TRADITIONAL ADMISSION

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Data Entry Assistant for Data Entry will be responsible for processing a high volume of enrollment documents into various systems/databases, maintaining the integrity of all enrollment documents and databases, and reviewing enrollment documents in a timely manner. Additional duties may also include providing customer service to prospective students and the general public.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Assist Data Entry Associate with daily responsibilities.
    • Coordinate timely response to personal email account.
    • Assist with the processing of enrollment documents.
    • Must be team oriented, respectful, and approachable, building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
    • Ability to learn new programs and procedures as often as necessary.
    • Adhering to confidentiality regulations.
    • Operating office equipment including computers, printers, photocopiers, scanners and letter folding machines.
    • Assist and greet campus visitors at the front desk when necessary.
    • Assist with Visit Events when necessary.
    • Perform other duties as requested.
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Proven data entry working experience.
    • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and other data programs
    • Detail oriented and highly organized.
    • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Typing speed and accuracy.
    • Ability to work quickly and accurately.
    • Able to communicate effectively with co-workers and admission staff.
    • Self-motivated.
