Description
The Nissan of Bowie, Automotive Porter is responsible as the customer's first point of contact on vehicle servicing; initiating automotive services and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Meet and Greet incoming Customers
- Move and park vehicles in designated areas identified for service and customer delivery.
- Responsible for transporting customers via company shuttle to/from locations.
- Perform customer walk around inspection and maintenance upkeep such as fluids and under hood inspections.
- Perform facility maintenance tasks such as trash removal, upkeep of service drive, cleaning of rental/loaner fleet vehicles.
- Responsible for vehicle and lot tracking.
- Dedicated customer focus: understands how to listen and empathize with internal and external customers, to establish longterm relationships.
- Evening and Saturday work will be required. Scheduled shifts will be determined by the Director, with rotating shifts throughout the work week.
Job Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills are required.
- Ability to adapt and support new processes and changes to help in employee and customer satisfaction.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Ability to Multitask
- Ability to maintain emotional control in stressful situations.
- IPAD
Education, Experience and Certification:
- No experience required
- Hardworker, teamplayer, self motivated
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Pay:
From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
