Position:

Lawn Care Technician:
$28 per hour (based on experience)


Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM (Hours may vary with the season) Average of 40-55 hours per week

Responsibilities:

As a Lawn Care Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining various residential and commercial properties throughout NH.

Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Mixing, loading and transportation of fertilizers and pesticides
• Collecting soil samples
• Measuring properties for the purpose of new sales
• Analyzing and diagnosing turf problems
• Monitoring the progress of customer accounts and advising clients when additional treatments or services may be necessary
• Responding to customer concerns with any written or oral communications
• Routine equipment maintenance as necessary
• Compliance with NH pesticide regulations

Ensuring that customer quality and service expectations are met is of paramount importance. Effective communication with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner is essential. Your ability to stay organized while handling numerous tasks simultaneously will contribute to your success in this role. You must also adhere to prescribed safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications:
We are seeking motivated individuals who possess the following qualifications:

• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license
• Current D.O.T. physical card
• NH Applicators License (Category G2) or ability to obtain one
• 2+ years lawn care experience
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions
• Selfmotivated with a cando attitude and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong time management, organizational, and decisionmaking skills
• Pride in delivering exceptional results
• Comfort working in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high level of organization
• Clean and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with a supervisor by phone
• Reliable transportation and a cell phone
• Ability to operate various landscape equipment, tools, and vehicles.
