    Job SummaryThe Test Development Manager is accountable for both hardware and software test solution development for SiTime's precision timing devices.

    • Technical responsibilities
      • Responsible for creating a robust test solution for SiTime's precision timing devices, considering quality, cost, and time to market.
      • Conduct board-level design of custom test boards and probe cards.
      • Set up, implement, debug, and optimize test programs for automation testing.
      • Ensure scalability, reusability, and accuracy of test programs.
      • Lead yield enhancement and cost reduction efforts.
    • Leadership responsibilities
      • Own test solutions for families of SiTime precision timing products.
      • Collaborate with strong teams to achieve quality and robust test solutions.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum BS Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 12-15 years of relevant work experience.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of team management experience.
    • Solid ATE development background for mixed-signal ICs.
    • Experience with analog electronics and board-level design.
    • Proficiency in statistical analysis of test data.
