We are looking for our client, a strong, owner-managed logistics company with around 6,500 employees at 126 locations in Germany and abroad, for a NEW logistics center for electronics/electronics trade, a
commercial
clerk (m/f/d) for warehouse logistics for the area of operational quality management in Rosdorf near Göttingen, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your tasks:

Processing of complaints and clarification cases
Monitoring of minimum and reorder levels
Inventory work and inventory control
Inventory bookings in the LFS merchandise management system and invoice control
Telephone and written communication with service providers and customers
Checking and tracking of credits
Creation of KPIs

Your profile:

Successfully completed training as a specialist for warehouse logistics (m/f/d), as a merchant (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial training
Problemsolving skills using common complaint tools and reporting modules
Strong customer orientation and experience in complaint processing
Reliability, diligence and sense of responsibility
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Ability to stay calm in hectic situations
Teamwork, flexible availability and willingness to work shifts
Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
Proficient use of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
Strong communication skills, pronounced quality awareness, accuracy, organizational talent and assertiveness
