Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the front office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Oversee office filing systems and ensure organization
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed

Requirements:


  • Proven front office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent proofreading and editing abilities
  • Knowledge of file management and data entry processes
  • Previous experience in a medical office is a plus
  • Familiarity with customer support practices
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to act as a liaison between clients and staff members

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
