Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Oversee office filing systems and ensure organization
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Requirements:
- Proven front office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent proofreading and editing abilities
- Knowledge of file management and data entry processes
- Previous experience in a medical office is a plus
- Familiarity with customer support practices
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to act as a liaison between clients and staff members
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
