We are looking for a two-story house in Melvin, TX. Each floor will be an independent unit with separate entrances. We would like wheelchair and car access. Each floor will have 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. We are considering having a kitchen on each floor as well. We are still deciding if the roof will be a regular roof or if it will also serve as a terrace. The total area will be around 90 square meters and the shape will be rectangular without any corners.
