For a company within the MAICO group, we are looking for a

Technician/Foreman HVAC or Electrical (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for customers in project business and interface between customers and employee deployment planning
  • Planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
  • Participation in contract negotiations and preparation of offers
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
  • As the right hand of the management, you will implement the company's strategy in the areas of technology and installation and support the development and expansion of the location

Your qualifications:

  • Completed technical training and further education as a foreman or technician in the field of building services engineering (HVAC) and/or electrical
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable standards and regulations in the field of HVAC and/or electrical
  • Good communication skills, organizational talent, confident appearance, and affinity for technical issues
