Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist residents with nonmedical tasks such as making beds, tidying rooms, and delivering meals.
  • Provide companionship and support to residents by engaging in friendly conversation and activities.
  • Help transport residents to various locations within the facility.
  • Assist nursing staff with simple tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment in common areas and residents' rooms.
  • Respond to residents' needs promptly and with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required.
