YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Active customer acquisition and retention
  • Proactive approach to customers with current offers
  • Order processing
  • Followup on customer conversations
  • Participation in the introduction of new products
  • Continuous support and development of agents through coaching
  • Creation of conversation guidelines
  • Optimization of work processes in collaboration with project management
  • Recording and maintenance of customer data in CRM
  • YOUR PROFILE
  • Ideally with leadership experience in outbound
  • You have experience in telephone acquisition/sales
  • You stand out with your persuasiveness and communication skills
  • You possess strong entrepreneurial thinking and have a sense for the market
  • You have the ability to develop longterm customer relationships
  • You are characterized by a structured, successoriented and independent way of working and bring a flexible mindset
  • Perfect grammar (German)
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Enjoyment of making phone calls and sales
