• Implement and follow established systems and procedures
• Ensure resident rights and privacy are respected and maintained at all times
• Lift and transfer individuals as needed, following proper techniques and protocols
• Provide social work support, including emotional support and companionship
• Assist with childcare duties, including supervision and engaging in ageappropriate activities
• Support individuals with autism by implementing behavior management strategies
• Administer medication according to prescribed guidelines
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
• Knowledge of social work principles and practices
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or special needs
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols and safety measures
• Ability to lift and transfer individuals using proper techniques to ensure their safety and wellbeing
• Proficient in meal preparation, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are taken into account
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
