**About ECM Expo & Conference Management GmbH:**
We are a service provider for trade fair organizers worldwide and their German exhibitors. Our focus is on supporting foreign trade fairs as a representative for Germany. In addition, since 2010 we have been an official organizer for joint participations of the Federal Ministry of Economics abroad.

Our thematic expertise lies in the industries of renewable energies, aerospace, railway industry, water management, shipbuilding, and defense technology. The trade fair projects we manage are mainly held in the markets of Europe, MENA, and Asia-Pacific.

Our portfolio includes a total of 40 trade fairs in 20 countries on four continents.

Your mission with us

  • You actively support the respective project managers in our "Trade Fair Representations Abroad" department in acquiring new exhibitors for joint company stands at foreign trade fairs
  • You take care of primarily telephone customer contact, and in individual cases also during visits to various competing trade fairs
  • You have experience with CRM solutions and can structure, maintain, and develop customer data so that it is actively available for sales activities
