- As a Patient Care Technician, you will be working collaboratively with the Nurses within the unit you are assigned. Your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of the Patient Experience. As a Patient Care Technician, you would be caring for patients by assisting with their daily living activities, taking vital signs, Accu-Cheks, Phlebotomy, EKG's, and other nursing assistant responsibilities.
- At Main Line Health, our PCT's work on Day, Evening, and Night Shifts. The shifts currently available are based on department needs.
- Be one of the many MLH PCT's who further their education by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement Program Positions are eligible for up to $6,000 annually based on FTE status/Position.
- Become engaged by joining hospital & systemwide Nursing Committees and Unit Councils.
- Like our patients, the Main Line Health Family encompasses a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. Just as each of our patients requires a personalized care plan, each of our employees, physicians, and volunteers bring distinctive talents to Main Line Health.
- Must commit to 8week program inperson at Bryn Mawr Rehab Center in Malvern.
- 40hours per week, 7A3:30PM.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a $2,500 completion bonus and be extended either a Full-Time or Part-Time Patient Care Tech opportunity.
Once you have successfully completed the Apprenticeship Program, you work you're your recruiter to explore ALL Patient Care Technician (PCT) opportunities at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, Paoli Hospital, Riddle Hospital, Bryn Mawr Hospital, and Lankenau Medical Center.
