As a pediatric nurse, your responsibilities would include:- Independently providing general and specialized care for infants, children, and adolescents
- Assessing and determining the nursing needs of patients and assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Planning, coordinating, documenting, and adjusting nursing interventions
- Communicating and providing guidance to family members and caregivers during the treatment of children
