contributions and empowers you to lead the way in quality assurance**The Quality Supervisor is responsible to providing successful quality assurance and quality improvement processes of the care management program, serving adults with chronic behavioral and medical conditions, with the goal of improving health outcomes and overall quality of care.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the
program with the following:
  • Providing high quality supervision to Quality Assistants and other direct reports in the program to teach, monitoring and supporting their quality functions, professional growth and work performance.
  • Overseeing and ensuring quality compliance with agency regulations and program contract requirements.
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring reports and workflows in collaboration with Senior Leadership.
  • Maintaining effective and collaborative communication with stakeholders.
  • Analyzing data to understand implications on services, clients, staff or other key performance indicators.
  • Facilitates, defines, and documents various business and clinical processes and acts as a liaison between the staff and managers with the IS/IT team to use for technical enhancements in the electronic documentation tools.
  • Conducts site reviews and provides guidance to supervisory staff to determine whether a program meets regulatory or contract requirements.

Through the coordination and integration of care, BHCP assists individuals with medical, behavioral health, or substance abuse concerns in navigating the health care system and improving their health outcomes.


What are we looking for in a Quality Supervisor?

Qualification/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field preferred
  • Must have 5 years' experience in the human services or related field.
  • Prior supervisory or consultative experience in quality performance and assurance required.
  • Considerable knowledge of principles of behavioral health, including considerable knowledge of the classification and treatment of mental health, addiction and services for individuals with developmental delays
  • Must be committed to consumer empowerment, growth, human rights, and community integration.
  • Must have a working knowledge of regulations and contract requirements.
  • Must be able to analyze data as it relates to population health.
  • Must understand the importance of information to inform system change.
