Responsibilities:

Software Development:

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Process Analysis:

Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for automation.

Work closely with process owners to gather requirements and define automation objectives.

API Development:

Develop RESTful APIs to support internal and external integrations.

Consume third-party APIs and integrate them into existing systems.

RPA Development:

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.

Bot Development:

Create and configure bots to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, and other manual processes.
-
Implement error handling and exception handling within bots to ensure robust and reliable automation.

Integration:

Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and databases.
-
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise architecture.

Testing and Debugging:

Write unit tests and conduct automated testing to ensure code quality.

Debug and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve bugs.

Documentation:

Created and maintained technical documentation for software development processes and procedures.

Document codebase, workflows, and system configurations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.

Solid understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.

Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
-
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Github).
-
Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript or Project Management are a plus.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
