What can you expect?

• You will be responsible for coordinating and managing planning services, acting as the liaison between clients, architects, and HVAC planners
• You will have a key role in various planning and construction projects, overseeing all phases of the HOAI and leading planning teams (specialists/CAD/site supervision)
• You will be the main point of contact for project stakeholders and will be responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient planning of the project, including monitoring deadlines, general coordination, and quality control
• You will plan independently, support specialists, and actively contribute to building and maintaining business relationships with clients

What do you need to bring?

• You have a degree in electrical engineering or a completed apprenticeship as a technician/master in this field
• You have professional experience in Germany, in technical building equipment, and are proficient in AutoCAD; ideally, you also have experience with Revit MEP
• You have planning experience and knowledge of HOAI/VOB, project management experience, a unifying personality, and entrepreneurial thinking
• You work independently, goal-oriented, and structured, and have excellent communication and organizational skills
• You have a C1 level of proficiency in spoken and written German
