Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for determining the payout amount and payout to the Federal Treasury (on banking days)
  • You handle general accounting tasks and closing activities and ensure a smooth payment process
  • You create reports for the Federal Office for Logistics and Mobility (BALM)
  • You are responsible for liquidity planning and control
  • You ensure compliance with the client's requirements (from the operating contract and budget law) and with auditors
  • You ensure all necessary measures for the complete, correct and timely payout of toll fees
  • You monitor and oversee processes
  • You coordinate inquiries and topics in daily operations
  • You actively participate in projects and review their impact on the payout process in an endtoend perspective for any changes in processes or systems, and take necessary actions
  • You accompany relevant process and system changes, including testing and functional acceptance
Your Profile

  • You have extensive experience in accounting (booking & posting)
  • You are proficient in MS Office tools (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as Cognos and SAP RMCA
  • You can recognize processrelated connections and implications and think outside the box
  • You have a qualityconscious work style and meet deadlines
  • You are highly proficient in the German language
  • You act confidently at the interface with BALM and external service providers
