We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team as a
Coordinator, International Media Management in NYC
Responsibilities:
- Request and update Master Creative Documents (MCDs) to ensure timely acquisition of marketing assets.
- Liaise with crossfunctional teams including Creative, Marketing, Press, Production, Project Management, Legal, Social, and Partnership teams to ensure seamless delivery of assets.
- Ensure all pertinent information is accurately documented on MCDs, including due dates, trafficking dates, flight status/end dates, promo usage, music licenses, and restrictions.
- Track marketing assets through project management systems such as Asana and Airtable.
- Promptly organize and catalog all received versions, layouts, and files from vendors/partners into the library.
- Assist in managing the Digital Asset library, including ingesting assets, updating metadata, and administering user permissions.
- Collaborate with various departments and external teams to fulfill media management requests and distribute assets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Global brand partners, internal teams, and vendors to facilitate asset acquisition and information sharing.
- Ensure compliance with content security policies and procedures throughout asset acquisition, management, and distribution processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- 1 or more years of experience coordinating the acquisition and delivery of media assets for television/film promotional content.
- Proficiency in a wide range of file formats and media types, cloudbased media management systems, and general knowledge of marketing and promotional workflows.
- Experience communicating directly with company executives, production teams, and studios.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and nonlinear editing software is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion when necessary.
- Strong followup skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced, complex environment.
- Dedication to delivering excellence under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Proactive accountability and commitment to collaborative work.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written, oral, and visual communication abilities, including proficiency in drafting documentation.
