- Lead and manage multiple cross-functional continuous improvement projects utilizing Point32Health established project management tools, processes, standards, and techniques are followed
- Understand and translate stakeholder needs to align on priorities, define improvement opportunities and shape transformation program
- Foster and facilitate organization-wide collaboration to solve business problems and provide an independent point of view
- Develop and maintain roadmap for targeted initiatives, integration activities, resources, milestones and key deliverables. Track cross functional issues proactively identifying any risk and mitigations.
- Apply project management expertise to ensure that workflows, processes, risks, communications, resources, and quality are managed appropriately within Point32Health to support the organization:
- Proactive and solutions-oriented management of issues, requiring the ability conceptualize and envision the impact of change, and propose new ways to do business to better meet the needs of HPSO and Point32Health.
- Build and manage key internal relationships across the business area, cross collaboration across functional areas.
- Lead regular cross functional informational or working meetings, including effective agenda planning, facilitation, and tracking/follow up on deliverables until closed.
- Serve as facilitator between partner departments to support performance and relationship management. Manage planning and performance activities across various functions.
- Identifies risk within the context of the broad project and accurately estimates and plans resource usage accordingly
- Exercise judgment to make decisions, or to raise issues to the appropriate level in a timely manner
- Evaluate the cost and feasibility of multiple options/alternatives to resolve project issues and to make recommendations on those issues that best meet both program and corporate Point32Health objectives
- Communicate program updates in a timely, succinct and engaging way to key stakeholders
- Must be highly organized and self-directed, with proven ability to work independently and in a team setting

- Requires a Bachelors' Degree with a Masters' degree preferred (MBA or Healthcare Management); PMP certification or comparable business experience
- 10 or more year's business or industry experience. 5 + years of program management experience, including leading the most cross -functional high-level initiatives.
- Experience conceptualizing, defining and leading transformation/improvement programs
- Lean Six Sigma preferred
- Ability to process and manipulate large data sets into insights, and actionable recommendations to improve performance

Description
The Senior Program Manager reports to the Director of Operations Business Performance Management and will be responsible for collaborating with key leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders, to help improve HPSO Production results and achieve operational excellence. The Senior Program Manager offers guidance, analysis, and solutions to support Production teams in maintaining and enhancing operations performance and processes. This role is critical for enhancing the operational efficiency and effectiveness across HPSO. This individual will be responsible for managing the continuous improvement lifecycle from capturing ideas to delivering benefits, as well as fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughput the organizationThrough interviews, research, cost savings, data and process flow analysis, the Senior Program Manager will help HPSO Production teams detect root causes of degradation in performance, operational inefficiencies and create improvements to drive operational excellence and identify administrative cost savings opportunities.
