Job Summary
The Lead Compliance Program Manager will play a pivotal role in the organization's compliance function. This role involves leading and managing compliance programs, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.Key Responsibilities/Duties - what you will be doing
Lead and manage the organization's compliance programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines to support a culture of ethical and legal conduct.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues and vulnerabilities.
Ensure that the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Develop and deliver compliance training programs and resources for employees at all levels.
Monitor and report on compliance activities, including investigations, violations, and corrective actions.
Lead and coordinate responses to compliance violations and incidents.
Collaborate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to address compliance-related inquiries and issues.
Identify opportunities to enhance compliance programs and processes and implement improvements.
Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, reports, and investigations.

Qualifications - what you need to perform the job
Education, Certification and Licensure
Bachelor's degree in business, law, compliance, or a related field.
Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience (minimum years required):
8 - 10 years' experience in compliance management and leadership roles.
Skill Requirements
Strong knowledge of compliance principles, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of incident response and investigations is an advantage.
Working Conditions and Additional Requirements (include special requirements, e.g., lifting, travel):
Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.
Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.
May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule
