What You Will Accomplish With Us

You will be involved early on in the sales phase and coordinate with the sales project manager
You will create the project roadmap - listing all suppliers, continuously updating (budget vs. fixed costs; pricing; technical status)
You will also be responsible for contacting suppliers for initial offers, pre-negotiations, final negotiations, and SAP orders
Providing a proposal for budget calculation (PCO) per material to the sales PM comes easily to you; ideally based on a fixed offer
Negotiating with suppliers to determine the best value for money is your focus
Applying relevant purchasing conditions (project-specific and using standard terms & conditions or supplier agreements) is second nature to you
You will create the SAP order (PO) based on demand; ideally through a purchasing request (PR) in SAP

You have a degree in engineering or business with good technical knowledge
You have several years of experience in operational and strategic purchasing
You have ideally gained experience in supply chain management in comparable industries and project-oriented solutions
You also have experience in the manufacturing industry and proven technical understanding
You have good knowledge of contract regulations and strong negotiation skills
