- Supports the team by motivating members to meet project goals and milestones
- Enforces safety policies and procedures and addresses non-compliance issues
- Executes projects using the Quality Management System to eliminate rework
- Manages construction progress, financial forecasting, document management, and more
- Sets, communicates, and enforces production goals and schedules with subcontractors
- Develops and updates project schedules, ensures adherence by the team
- Works to beat project cost budget, implements effective cost controls
- Utilizes daily huddles for communication and issue resolution
- Reviews reports for accurate hours, quantities, and activities
- Knows key terms and conditions of contracts, enforces standards
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or relevant field
- Previous internship in solar or construction management desired
- Proven leadership skills with knowledge of construction areas and safety regulations
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Working Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license required
