Summary:
Responsible for maintaining a preventive maintenance program.
This includes all
heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, as well as maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment. Performs a variety of tasks and assignments within the clubs, offices and grounds.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Performs typical maintenance tasks to support the organization.
- Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on the club on a routine basis.
- Does general repairs such as painting, patching walls, security hardware, hanging shelves and landscaping.
- Determines material, equipment and supplies to be used to maintenances upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment.
- Maintains the club and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Performs general building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and landscaping.
- Notifies manager concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building.
- Maintains an accurate and update record of work done at each facility in Qware.
- Moves and stores furniture and equipment and may assist in setting up rooms.
- Various other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent or two years of experience in a facility and site maintenance, construction, or grounds keeping business.
- Valid and current driving license.
- Clean DMV Pull Notice.

Part-time
Pay:
$ $22.35 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 28 per week
