Job Summary

:


Responsible for directing teams of cross functional resources in delivering excellence in group installation and services. The position serves as a key integration point across accounts and manages stakeholder relationships with sales and account management and across the enterprise. Manages multiple customer cross-segment interactions. Responsible for identifying opportunities for improving efficiencies and processes and implementing solutions specific to the sales delivery group.

Please note, this role may require travel up to 20%.

This role is hybrid/flex requiring in-office visibility three days per week.

Responsibilities include

:

Direct and coordinate staff and operations to support end-to-end client installation and support for new business and renewals. Develop and administer policies and procedures to be used to maximize service delivery while promoting greater consistency and efficiency across all plans to align with strategic business goals.

:

Develop relationships with key senior stakeholders in the Sales and Account Management Teams, and other key enterprise areas, to collaborate on group market segment solutions and communications.

:

Define a predictable cost/service model for servicing respective market segment, including sensitivity analysis for market scale and support.

:

Drive the Customer First Culture across the enterprise and with the key market segment team.

:

Develop business cases and corresponding program/project work, as appropriate.

Direct staff to support proposal generation and distribution, group set-up, member and group enrollment, group renewals through benefit booklet creation and distribution and ongoing customer service for Plans and lines of group business. Assure essential documentation and processing of rate quotes, new group set-ups, and renewals to avoid substantial financial implications through account billing, miscalculated producer payments and sales incentives. Direct staff to ensure appropriate measurements are developed and maintained to track and meet producer, general agents and account expectations.

Responsible for identifying opportunities for improving efficiencies and implementing solutions.

Provide direction and leadership in the development and implementation of programs to maximize account loyalty through ease of administration through automation as well as improvements in processing efficiencies for group setup and renewal processing.

Directly oversee management staff and direct reports including but not limited to: hiring, training, performance and talent management, change management, budgets, pay administration, driving a high performance culture, and maintain knowledge of corporate, divisional/department, and Human Resources policies and programs.

:

**Required Job Qualifications: -
Bachelor Degree OR 4 years marketing administration or account management experience.

:

8 years of experience in marketing administration and/or account services including at least 4 years of experience in the managed health care field.

:

-
5 years of management/leadership
experience, including developing and growing high performing teams.

:

-
Knowledge of enterprise processes and functions in a large commercial carrier and integration of processes across all areas.

:

-
Experience leading multiple teams to support a book of business / market segment.

:

-
Knowledge of sales and marketing support operations.

:

-
Knowledge of managed care products, processes, systems and market trends.

:

-
Customer service experience and acumen.

:

-
Verbal and written communications skills to direct management staff and operations, build relationships across the organization and with external key stakeholders, build consensus and issue resolution.
**Preferred Job Qualifications: -
Master Degree.

Sales or Account Management, and/or Customer Implementation Experience.

Consulting experience.
