For the Green Spaces division, Cemeteries department, West Cemeteries work group, we are currently seeking a

Excavator and Machine Operator (m/f/d) for a cemetery:

Your responsibilities:

Excavation work, opening and closing of graves (grave preparation)
Operating service vehicles, especially for transporting an excavator
Assisting with gardening tasks
Adhering to safety regulations and work instructions
Keeping vehicle reports and maintenance schedules
Pre and postwork as well as maintenance and care tasks
Keeping records of work performed, such as clearing records
Winter maintenance

Your profile:

Knowledge and experience in handling gardening and other machinery and equipment
Ideally, you have a license for operating earthmoving machinery
Class C1E driver's license or old Class 3 (CE with 95 entry according to BKrFQG desirable)
Possession of a driver card for digital tachographs is advantageous
Good knowledge of the local area
Customeroriented attitude and strong team spirit
Ability to handle the unique aspects of the work environment (death and mourning)

Salary:
Compensation is based on EG 4 TVöD. Upon successful completion of a work test (at WBD-AöR), compensation will be based on EG 5 TVöD.
