Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Process invoices and expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Conduct efficient data entry and maintaining financial records
- Perform general ledger reconciliation and account analysis
- Support the monthend and yearend closing processes
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies
- Multitasking and efficiently managing daytoday tasks
- Assisting with various officerelated tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Excellent mathematical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Familiar with QuickBooks and Microsoft office
Pay:
$20-24/hr
