- Assist with aspects of budget development, management, analysis and reporting. Performs reconciliations of budgetary position control, attrition calculations and analysis and budget reconciliations. Assists with input, review and approval of proposed budget adjustments. Produce adhoc budgetary and financial reports and analysis.

Additional Considerations (supplemental knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, licensure, certification) - Working experience in using automated/electronic financial systems. Some applicable experience in higher education or a large government agency. Prior working experience with Banner for Higher Education, Cognos Reporting, Cardinal, VA Performance Budgeting System or other ERP and Financial Reporting Systems. Working knowledge of budget development, management, and reporting in higher education or governmental entity. Working knowledge of state budget and finance policies, procedures, and systems.
Conditions of Employment - Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Annual Salary/Hourly Rate - Salary range between $ 41,655 $62,725
