    Description

    Wines Unlimited in New Orleans, LA is looking for a Distribution Manager to join our team. We are located at 4221 Bienville Street in the heart of mid-city New Orleans.

    Distribution Manager Job Requirements:

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or some college preferred
    • Experience: One (1) year of related experience required; additional years of experience preferred
    • Skills: Typing, date entry, PC/Windows, reading, writing and calculating
    • Physical abilities: talking/hearing, standing/walking, lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted, climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching

    Distribution Manager Job Duties:

    • Liaison between the distribution center and the wholesale sales representatives
    • Transfer product and process wholesale orders for delivery
    • Accurately check and invoice wholesale orders
    • Maintain and consolidate paperwork for orders
    • Assist in loading delivery trucks as needed
    • Work with team to maintain warehouse organization
