We are currently seeking an HR expert for payroll (m/f/d) to join our team "HR Management" at our location in Dortmund as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

You will independently create monthly payroll statements for your assigned area using SAP HCM and our HR portal for our employees.
You will maintain and update employee master data and payroll information, create certificates, monitor salaryrelated deadlines, and manage personnel files.
You will also handle yearend and special tasks (such as garnishments, account reconciliation, and audit management).
You will manage reporting and certification with social security agencies, tax authorities, and other government agencies.
You will oversee the company's pension systems and manage our extensive employee benefits, such as employer loans, insurance, and subsidies.
You will be the main point of contact for employees regarding the abovementioned topics.
You will actively participate in projects related to the further development of our SAP HCM, HR portal, and other digitalization of HR processes.

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have a supplementary qualification as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) or equivalent.
You have several years of experience in payroll and possess indepth knowledge of labor, social security, and tax laws.
You are proficient in modern payroll software, preferably SAP, and common MS Office products, especially MS Excel.
You are comfortable using IT tools and are not afraid of digital solutions to optimize HR processes.
