YOUR TASKS

You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of currently six colleagues
You will have operational responsibility for the digital marketing channels email, newsletter, SMS, and gamification on our multichannel campaign platform
This includes managing external service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
KPIs, budget and cost planning, forecasting, etc. are not foreign words to you
You will design and optimize processes in coordination with other departments
You and your team will contribute to the strategic development of the digital PAYBACK campaign area by identifying and implementing innovative technical solutions
You see project work and crossborder collaboration as a valuable enrichment
