Overview:


The incumbent will support all aspects of financial credit limit setup process for various departments across the Bank, ensure accurate and timely receipt on required documentation, review of credit related documentation and front-line business approve instructions to set-up of credit limits onto the system platform, etc.


Responsibilities:


  • Include but are not limited to: _

_Limit Setup_

  • Ensure all Pre closing documents provide from Account Officer such as CRR, CAC approval, KYC approval, Legal and other related documentation on credit facility structure have been properly reviewed and received
  • Reviewing/process limit setup in accordance with the received limit setup documents, included but not limited to amendment of customer profiles, increase/decrease limit, facility extension/refinance/termination
  • Completed LIMS setup after limit completion setup for the loan processing team to setup new loans, extending existing loans, and termination of existing facility
  • Maintaining the completeness and orderly files by scanning and uploading documentation into related systems and safe guard original co pies of loan documentation to Document Collateral Team
  • Communicated any issue arising during the limit setup process to supervisor
  • Ensure access data is regularly updated to reporting tracking purposes

_ Collateral Management_

  • Perform the review and operation process of secured collatera
  • Update collateral data on a continuous basis in system
  • Notify supervisor of any exceptions that occurs
  • Reach out AO of Front Business line for confirmation and supporting document on any collateral update & termination

_ Risk/Compliance_

  • Attend compliance and risk management training
  • Regular updates of procedure to align with workflow practices
  • Understand bank's policies, procedures, compliance requirements and risk governance principles

Ad-hoc Support_**- Participated in system testing where applicable

  • Assisting other aspects of tasks if necessary
  • Participate in special projects and other duties assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; preferably in Accounting, Business or Finance majors
  • At least 1 year of work experience in banking or financial service industry
  • Solid knowledge of finance or business is required; computer and programing knowledge is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and SQL plus is required
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred

Pay Range:
USD $42, USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
