What is expected of you?

  • You have an academic qualification in business administration, nursing, or a comparable education, as well as the required qualification according to the German Nursing Home Act (WTG) as a facility manager and several years of leadership experience.
  • As an empathetic and solutionoriented leader, you motivate your employees to achieve common goals and reliably handle personnel planning, management, and development.
  • With your expertise and multiprofessional perspective, you ensure highquality care and support and are responsible for the economic management, strategic development, and necessary organizational changes of the facility.
  • Your strong communication skills make you particularly convincing in active networking with external payers and authorities.
