This is a level entry Administrative Assistance position at a small property management office.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting management on the day-to-day operations of our company including administrative relevant activities and office management.

We expect you to have outstanding organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail. Ultimately, your role is to help us run all aspects of our business smoothly.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer all of incoming calls and take detailed messages as required
- get all rental agreements ready for signature

  • Manage and maintain Excel documents
- make copies
- organize files

  • Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have excellent knowledge of MS Office; including Word & Excel
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to remain professional and courteous in a fastpaced working environment
  • Organization skills with strong attention to detail
