We are looking for a caregiver with a qualification for practical instruction to join our team at Caritas-Senioren and Pflegeheim JacobusvonHauckStift as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for holistic care according to our care philosophy
You provide individual care to residents based on their needs
You maintain complete and accurate documentation of care
You mentor our trainees during their training and actively guide them

Your profile:

You have completed training as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing nurse and have a vocational pedagogical qualification for practical instruction in geriatric care
Ideally, you have professional experience in a residential care facility
You have the ability to identify training-related tasks or problems and solve them independently in a goal-oriented and method-guided manner
Reliable and careful work is a given for you
You enjoy working in a team and are flexible
You have empathy for the needs of residents
