Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:


  • Organize and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensuring the entire team is certified according to the current training processes
  • Creating a service oriented culture while promoting an environment of fun and teamwork
  • Evaluating performance and providing constructive feedback
  • Developing and growing team members and future managers

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:


  • Must be 18 or older to apply
  • 23 years Restaurant Experience in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

$64, $90,000.00 per year
