Our client is a housing company from the Hessen region, which has been developing living space for every stage of life for over 90 years with approximately 600 employees. With around apartments in its own portfolio, it strengthens neighborhoods, promotes integration, and supports social engagement.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for Building Services (m/f/d)* for our client at their location in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible, who enjoys working in a team. You can expect a secure and permanent employment within an open corporate culture and a great work-life balance.

The responsibilities:

Planning and implementation of complex measures for major maintenance and modernization in the field of technical building equipment
On-site surveys of technical systems, inspections with technical property managers and specialist planners
Cost estimation of modernization and maintenance measures
Preparation of contracts with specialist engineers and determination of systems
Coordination of planning meetings and preparation of performance specifications
Review and correction of performance specifications by external planners, handover of tender documents to central purchasing and participation in contract negotiations
Participation in the awarding process, instruction of commissioned specialist companies, accompanying specialist construction management, and formal acceptance of technical systems. Advice and support for the existing departments in the field of technical building equipment
