Overview
Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for connecting with people and driving sales? We're seeking an energetic Door to Door Salesperson to join our team and help expand our customer base through direct, face-to-face engagement. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our company, building relationships with potential clients and showcasing our services. Your enthusiasm and persuasive skills will be key in turning prospects into loyal customers, making a real impact in your community while developing your sales expertise.
We're expanding our Door-to-Door sales team. We're looking for driven people who want to have an uncapped potential in income, but willing to hustle for it.
Most of the top performers are 18-28 years old. If you're willing to hustle. This could be extremely lucrative.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers directly at their homes to introduce our services
- Conduct warm calling and outbound calling campaigns to generate interest and schedule appointments
- Demonstrate service features, benefits, and technical specifications clearly and confidently
- Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local outreach strategies and improve sales techniques
- Maintain professional communication skills to handle objections effectively and foster positive customer relationships
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms for managing customer data
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently while staying motivated and goal-oriented
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is a plus
- Customer service experience that demonstrates patience, professionalism, and active listening skills
