Automotive Parts Salesperson Responsibilities:
- Oversees the parts sales process from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing
- Locates any parts not in stock
- Completes special order requests
- Communicates with the customer on the status of orders and notifies them upon delivery
- Communicates in a friendly and professional manner
- Engages decision-makers through prospecting
- Follows all company safety policies and procedures
- Understands federal, state, and local regulations applicable to industry
Consults on the customer's business needs- -providing solutions - Provides value-added services such as ordering of products, inventory management, and problem-solving
- Performs other duties as assigned
Automotive Parts Salesperson Requirements:
- A minimum of 1year of parts sales experience. Dealership experience is a plus
- Bilingual a plus
- Must bring a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and desire to be successful
- CDK experience preferred.
- Ability to connect with customers to build and maintain lasting relationships
