For the training year 2023, we are looking for you for the 3-year training as a real estate clerk at KVB Finanz in Limburg, Cortland, IN.

With good performance, you have the opportunity to shorten your training.


Real estate clerks work in all areas of the real estate industry, where they advise clients on all questions related to houses, apartments or properties.

They acquire and manage real estate and properties, broker, rent or lease them, or sell them. They also accompany construction projects and create financing concepts.


In the training company, the trainees learn, for example:

  • what needs to be considered in the planning and implementation of customer meetings and apartment viewings
- how to prepare rental contracts for signature
- how to calculate rental prices, plan and implement rental price changes
- how to create and check invoices, prepare and initiate payments, and how to monitor payment receipts and remind of payment arrears
- how to assess real estate based on location, condition and possible uses
- how to prepare and follow up on condominium meetings
- the rights and obligations of condominium owners and management
- how to differentiate building components, materials and products and their areas of application
- how to conduct investment and profitability calculations
- how to create liquidity and burden plans
