We are looking for a Floor Manager/Department Manager in Sales (m/f/d) for our store in Bischberg-Trosdorf. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • As a Department Manager, you organize your department directly on the sales floor and always keep an overview.
  • You advise our customers with passion and conduct professional consultations.
  • You ensure a customer-oriented product presentation and a sales-oriented product flow.
  • You motivate your employees and promote a tolerant, fair, and open team environment.
  • You develop your employees, taking into account their specific skills and qualifications, and maintain a regular feedback culture.
  • You ensure sustainable and transparent communication.
