We are looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist to join the team at OSPTA Home Health Care!
As a Licensed Physical Therapist with us, you'll have the opportunity to provide services in Mon Valley and surrounding areas, offering a full-time position that comes with a fantastic benefits package:
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' neuromuscular and musculoskeletal function
- Develop treatment plans based on individual needs
- Coordinate care with referring physicians
- Provide or supervise care
- Delegate tasks to PT Assistants as needed
Preferred qualifications include home care experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of an approved physical therapy program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to excellent patient care and customer service
