The Position:

As a Data Scientist on the AI Sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing AI models that will significantly reduce carbon emissions. You will work alongside a team of passionate engineers, researchers, and sustainability experts to transform complex environmental data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand environmental issues and translate them into data-driven problems.
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to tackle sustainability challenges.
Clean, analyze, and interpret large and intricate environmental datasets.
Effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI for sustainability research and apply them to our projects.
Work with the engineering team to ensure the scalability and maintainability of models in production.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
