    A healthcare focused fund based in NYC is in need of a great Executive Assistant to provide administrative support a senior executive. This is a FULLY REMOTE ROLE & This firm has a great culture, amazing team and best in class compensation and benefits *EASTERN OR CENTRAL TIME ZONES REQUIRED*

    Responsibilities

    • Calendar management
    • Travel coordination
    • Aid executive in preparing for meetings and conferences
    • Assist with business development initiatives
    • Managing professional contacts
    • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
    • Expense management
    • Ad-hoc project based work

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
    • 3+ Years of administrative experience
    • Prior experience in private equity
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Prior experience supporting senior level professionals, managing multiple priorities, coordination, and logistics
    • Organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
