Description

We are currently seeking a team member (m/f/d) for a top industrial company located in Rheda-Wiedenbrück to join our team as soon as possible.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable.

Your tasks will include independently handling the accounts receivable, recording payments from assigned customers, managing and monitoring deductions from associations and customers, and maintaining credit limits.

You will also be responsible for creating credit notes and correcting invoices, as well as keeping track of and managing expected payments.

To be successful in this role, you should have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have some experience in industrial accounts receivable.

Proficiency in MS Office is required, and you should have a strong ability to learn quickly. We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently.
