Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a QuickBooks Entry Clerk. As a QuickBooks Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate data into our computerized systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.
Duties:
- Enter data into Quickbooks Online accurately and efficiently
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update and maintain databases with new or updated information
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested
- Transcribe, format, and proofread documents as needed
- Assist with order entry tasks as required
Skills:
- Proficient in using Quickbooks for data entry
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic office software (e.g., MS Office)
- Strong organizational skills for efficient file management
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Knowledge of data collection procedures
Job Types:
