Your responsibilities: You will work independently under the direction of the Head of Management Services in all HR-related matters, including the recruitment process, handling of new hires and departures, maintaining personnel files, and performing administrative tasks such as processing accident and sickness reports, compensation for loss of earnings, family allowances (using our compensation fund platform Connect), creating contracts and agreements, providing support to employees (as a point of contact for questions regarding personnel administration), drafting references, updating regulations, and organizing and accompanying personnel events
Your profile:
- Commercial apprenticeship with further education in HR
- Further education as a specialist in Human Resources or Social Insurance
- At least three years of professional experience in personnel administration.
