The role aims to secure and expand profits and sales performance in both our existing customer base and new customers for our online bank.

Your responsibilities:

2ndlevel support for our electronic banking products, including ensuring the functionality of electronic banking services
Consultation and technical support in the field of electronic banking
Administration of EBL programs and products
Building specialist knowledge and providing it to the entire bank
Supporting the online branch by handling tasks in the market processing department
Handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and performing routine tasks in customer interactions.

Your profile:

Completed commercial training (ideally in the banking sector)
Professional experience in the field of electronic banking and ideally knowledge of electronic payment services offered by the VR financial group
Experience in direct customer interaction, such as hotline support
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different people
High motivation and resilience.
