Are you an experienced forklift operator seeking a new opportunity in the construction industry? Beracah Homes, Inc. is currently hiring a Forklift Operator to join our team at our Greenwood, DE facility.

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring materials are transported efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift to transport materials within the plant, including loading and unloading trucks, staging materials for production, and moving products to designated areas.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries. Inspect and maintain the forklift regularly to ensure it is in good working condition. Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking materials and reporting any discrepancies. Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a forklift operator in a manufacturing or construction environment. Valid forklift certification/license. Excellent understanding of forklift operation and safety procedures. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Occasional overtime and Saturdays required.
