    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

    We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Virtual Occupational Therapist to join our team in Washington. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely with students in grades K-5, serving a caseload of approximately 30-33 students. The role is available immediately and will continue through the next school year. This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week, and will be conducted fully virtually. The role will be under a 1099 contract.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students' occupational therapy needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, and activities of daily living.
    • Provide direct virtual therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
    • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate occupational therapy goals into students' educational plans.
    • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
    • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Washington.
    • Previous experience working with children in a school or clinical setting is preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in a virtual environment.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    Work Schedule:

    • Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week.
    • Immediate start date with continuation through the next school year.

    Grade Levels:

    • Kindergarten to 5th grade.

    Location:

    • Fully virtual (Washington).
